It doesn’t take much, but here at YogaClub we believe in motivating other to be their best selves. Our community spans across the globe, but we’re united with a common connection of fitness and wellness. Here are four of our favorite karma yoga exercises to inspire those around you.
Encourage Someone Else
Do you remember what it was like to walk into a yoga studio or gym for the first time? For many of us, taking this step is hard, especially if you don’t know anyone. When you see someone new in class, introduce yourself! It might not seem like much, but this simple act of kindness could keep them coming back. And you never know, you might make a new friend!
Pay it Forward
Sometimes people need a little extra push to get started. Pay it forward by gifting a friend a class or membership to a studio or gym you think they’ll love! Join them for class and make it a sweat date. After all, fitness is always more fun when done together!
Share Your Journey
In this world of social media and instant gratification, it can be really hard to try something new. Taking on a new challenge or yoga pose can be extremely intimidating, but we all started somewhere! Try sharing your journey instead of the final result.
