Being conscious of what we put into our bodies is one of the most acclaimed ways to stay healthy. We want to eat wholesome foods to kickstart our energy, but also to provide our bodies with nutrients that power our immune system and lower our risk of getting sick. I have to admit, I haven’t always been the biggest fan of green juices and smoothies, but I've learned to outsmart my tastebuds. Here are a few of my go-to green juice and smoothie recipes that pack a punch!
