Healthier Holiday Wine Pairings We Love

Celebrating the close of one year, and the start of the next is often a time where we let ourselves indulge more than usual. Between hangovers and overeating during the holidays, getting a fresh start on the first of the year can be really tough. This year, ease into those resolutions by celebrating with healthier options.

We teamed up with our friends at Winc to share some of our favorite foods to pair with their eco-friendly and vegan wine selections for a more mindful holiday celebration!

Finke's Sparkling White Blend & Caprese Salad

Nothing says NYE more than popping bottles! This sparkling white blend from California is light and definitely celebratory. Pair with a Caprese salad of fresh Roma tomatoes, basil, Buffalo Mozzarella, olive oil, and top with balsamic reduction to bring out the fresh, fruity notes!

Base Line Pinot Noir & Roasted Mushrooms

Pair a glass of Base Line Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara County with a plate of herb roasted mushrooms for a delicious combo! Or, opt for a stuffed portobello for a more filling pairing.

Cocomero Rose & Watermelon
