Warm Sweet Potato Dreams
Almost like grandma’s sweet potato pie. Packed with fuel, this protein lovers smoothie is mega delicious warm. Warm foods have amazing benefits for your digestive system, but if you feel you just can’t attempt the temp, add some ice cubes and make it a cold one.
½ baked or steamed sweet potato (skin on)
2 oz steamed pumpkin
½ banana
1 large orange carrot (raw)
1 cup almond milk
1 serving protein powder
2 tbsp cashew butter
1 pinch pink Himalayan sea salt
2 tbs hemp heart
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp sun potion cordyceps, reishi
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp allspice, nutmeg, + cardamom
Blend for 2 minutes and layer with coconut yogurt.
Top with pistachios, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, & bee pollen. ALL YUM.
Pumpkin Pie Spice
What says fall like pumpkin flavored everything? This smoothie is heaven! It tastes like dessert, but full of healthy ingredients. Sure to keep your belly satisfied for hours, is the perfect power packed meal.
1 cup coconut milk
¾ cup organic canned or pureed pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cardamom
1 Tbsp. agave nectar
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 frozen bananas (peeled and cut into thirds)
¼ tsp sun potion cordyceps, reishi, pine pollen
1 serving protein powder
ice cubes
Blend on high 2 minutes.
Top with cinnamon, nuts, pumpkin seeds & coconut flakes.
Vanilla Chai Protein Smoothie
This sweet + spiced vegan vanilla chai smoothie tastes like a creamy chai latté in shake form. Frozen bananas are blended with a hearty splash of almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and cloves. The result is a dreamy, sweet + spicy mixture that will have you swooning. Seconds are encouraged!
2 ripe and speckled bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
3/4 cup almond milk
1 serving vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1-2 dates
¼ tsp sun potion reishi, He Shou Wu
ice
Blend on high 2 minutes.
Top with vanilla bean powder, coconut shreds, banana slices and walnuts.
I Dream in Chocolate
Here we have a wholesome smoothie that tastes like a delicious sugar-filled cookie. It’s packed with power and perfect for meal supplementation. Post workout or in need of a full belly, this smoothie is for you. Agave nectar is low glycemic, so there’s no sugar rush OR energy crash (amazing, right?). Flax and chia are full of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber, so expect healthy benefits while avoiding hunger.
1 tablespoon unsweetened Cacao
2 tablespoons flax meal
1/3 cup oats
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1tbs hemp heart
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk
1 serving Philosophie cacao magic
1 serving Bulletproof Brain Octane optional
ice
Blend on high 2 minutes.
Top with oats, cacao nibs and chocolate drizzle.
