Tribe Leader FAQs

What is a YogaClub Tribe Leader? A YogaClub Tribe Leader is a blogger or social media influencer who loves our brand and is passionate about our mission to empower all women to live healthy, active lives. Our Tribe Leaders are compensated with free YogaClub outfits in exchange for promoting our brand to their community! 

What are the rules of the Tribe Leader Program? We don’t have many rules, but we ask that you do abide to the few that we have! 

• You must be 18 or older to be a Tribe Leader
• You may not comment with your Tribe Leader code on any YogaClub social media posts or channels (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
• DO NOT add your Tribe Leader code to coupon sites, it’s cheating! We check these sites frequently. If we find your code added to one of these coupon sites, you will be notified immediately and this will be cause for immediate REMOVAL from the Program.
• Be kind and respectful to all other Tribe Leaders and YogaClub members. This includes on our private Facebook communities. 
• DO NOT publicly post about any customer service issues with YogaClub. All customer service issues should be routed directly to support@yogaclub.zendesk.com. Tribe Leaders who comment or post negatively about YogaClub will be subject to removal from the program.
• And most importantly, you will receive a free outfit for every campaign you opt into. In order to be eligible for free outfits, you must refer one new YogaClub member for every three free outfits you receive.

When are YogaClub boxes processed? When you opt-into the monthly campaign, you will receive a gift card or discount code to order your outfit. 

Can I make money by referring sales? No. This program is designed as a product gifting program and your compensation is your free product.

What are the Tribe Leader emails and when do I receive them? Tribe Leader emails will be sent out monthly to everyone currently enrolled in the program. 

What is my discount code? Your discount code will be emailed to you with your confirmation of acceptance to the program.

Can my Tribe Leader discount code be used with other discount codes? No. We don’t allow stacking of discount codes.

How do I track my sales? You can track your sales and progress directly through your Impact Radius account. 

Do I need to meet a certain sales quota or amount? Yes. In order to keep receiving free outfits, you must refer one new YogaClub member for every three outfits you receive.
